The React Right First Aid Course is a must-do course to improve your ability to provide first aid and basic life support. You will be able to provide these away from professional medical support and potentially the main land. At Nico Dives Cool Bali you can choose to become certified either with SSI or Padi. Both organisations are World renowned.
React Right is SSI’s emergency training program. It consists of the three basic components. These are Primary Assessment, First Aid & CPR Skills, Primary Stabilisation Techniques. Further, it includes two optional components. Oxygen Administration in Diving Emergencies and Automated External Defibrillation Basics. Students who complete this program earn the SSI React Right specialty certification.
This non-diving course takes one day and provides internationally recognised, comprehensive First Aid (CPR/ Primary Care) and Secondary Care training. The course or and equivalent certificate is a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver Course.
The “Emergency First Response” is the PADI equivalent of the SSI React Right course. Both programs are based on internationally recognised medical guidelines for emergency care and accepted worldwide.
At Nico Dives Cools we want you to have the best learning experience possible. This is why we keep our student ratios to dive instructors extremely low. Compared to other large dive centres you get a highly personalised course and diving practice experience. Very often our experience diving instructor will only teach one student at a time. In general we prefer to have no more than two students per instructor so we can assure a quality education. Also, this is the key reasons why Nico Dives Cool has such an amazing 5-Star reputation amongst its customers. Having said that we can be flexible if you want to do your course with several people. Simply let us know your preferences and we will make sure that you have a fantastic learning experience.
On the day of your diving course we will pick you up from your hotel and later drop you off too. At our dive centre we make sure you have a good grasp of the diving theory required for the course.
At our office we will work on the theory and practice throughout the day. We spent about half a day on theory and half a day on primary and secondary care exercises. This way you will be prepared for the most common divers’ accidents at Sea.
